Returns & Refunds Policy
Our products are made to order
Every item at UQ Design is printed or produced specifically for you after you place your order. This means we don't hold stock, and we can't resell returned items. Because of this, our return policy is stricter than traditional retail stores — but we stand behind the quality of everything we ship.
What we will replace or refund
Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
If your item arrives damaged, has a printing error, or is the wrong product, contact us at [your email] within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will send a free replacement at no extra cost to you. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.
Lost packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 5 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us within 30 days of that date. We will investigate with our shipping partner and send a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.
Wrong item sent by us
If we fulfilled your order incorrectly, we will replace it free of charge.
What we do not accept returns or exchanges for
- Buyer's remorse — If you change your mind or simply don't like the item, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Size or fit issues — Please check our size charts carefully before ordering. Since items are made to order, we cannot exchange for a different size.
- Color variations — Slight color differences between your screen and the final product are normal in digital printing. We cannot refund for minor color discrepancies.
- Items damaged by customer — We cannot replace items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Important notes
- Check your shipping address — We ship to the address you provide at checkout. If you enter an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, you will need to pay for reshipment.
- Unclaimed packages — If you do not collect your package from your local post office or courier facility and it is returned to us, you are responsible for reshipment costs.
- Sealed goods — For hygiene reasons, sealed items such as face masks cannot be returned once opened.
